If what=20 we ALL proclaim is false why we ask have non of them sued us?

They are=20 not above common law no matter what religion they hide behind and we all = find it=20 extremely offensive that now Queensland=20 police in their pursuit to cover up = for Jerry=20 McAuliffe - Peter Maher -Maree Fell and John Campbell [all either = on high=20 salaries or perks have the whole of Queensland police backing=20 them.

It started with Queensland Catholic X police = procecutor=20 Inspector Ian Swan [his words not mine] that told my wife and me his = wife forges=20 his signiture to get money from Inspector Swan's bank account it appears = she has=20 none herself, then Inspector Swan ontinued to state Statutory = Declarations are=20 not worth the paper they are written on.

This was the answer we received from Inspector=20 Swan's relating to Cairns administrator demanding a very=20 elderly volunteer to sign Maree Fell's signiture to obtain goods = from a=20 shop, this lady refused and Maree Fell screamed at her "If I tell you to = do it=20 you will."

All done in front of = witnesses. =

Imagine how many others are signing Maree Fell's signature with = impunity=20 if Inspector Swan's says his wife does it!

Then the=20 upstanding Catholic individual Peter O'Shaunesee started a = rumour=20 Rhonda Wallace was a lesbian and should not be working for the = Catholic=20 charity this rumour convenienly started after a

statutory declaration and=20 written complaint was handed in by society employee Rhonda Wallace and = society=20 Queensland State Vice President Judith Tierney [my wife] = to Cairns=20 administrator Maree Fell.

Both=20 complaints were stating Queensland St Vincent de = Paul WPH&Safety=20 representative Peter O'Shaunesee consistantly played and mauled with his genitals every time he stood in = front of=20 women.

A=20 group decision was made to support the gym situated off Martyn=20 Street.

As=20 a result of our fundraising on the first occasion we paid for the = flooring in=20 the boxing ring.

It=20 was a wonderful satisfying experience to be involved in and on visiting = the gym=20 we got to meet the staff and a few of the kids training there. I felt a = real=20 sense of achievement.

Following=20 the first donation the following year I spoke with Jim and Judy and they = let me=20 know that they were building a new kitchen and laundry off the side of = the=20 gym.

It=20 was decided that we would focus on raising enough money to equip this = extension=20 as much as possible.

In=20 the end we were able to donate a number of white goods and crockery, = cutlery,=20 glassware, appliances, i.e. toasters, kettles and a sack full of various = foods,=20 including coffee etc.

From=20 what I have read in the media, I am of the understanding that the gym = has closed=20 down and is not going to reopen.

I=20 am just wondering what St Vinnies has done with all the equipment as I = have=20 heard that a group is willing to reopen the GYM again and I would think = that St=20 Vinnies would want to support another group who is willing; to = financially=20 support the homeless and disadvantaged youth in=20 Cairns.

on=20 the first day we toured the gym after donating the boxing ring mat, an = employee=20 of St Vinnies had told us = that the,=20 majority of the equipment had been donated by Jim=20 Tierney.

WE=20 THOUGHT THIS WAS WONDERFUL THAT AN INDIVIDUAL WOULD SHOW THAT MUCH FAITH = IN A=20 SINGLE COMMUNITY MINDED PROJECT.

Majority=20 of big business in this country wouldn't even make that sort of=20 donation.

A=20 few points I consider I should contribute towards this=20 debate:

* At=20 last State Council meeting I can recall saying I considered Mick had a = point=20 when he was concerned re legal action not having the sanction of the = full State=20 Council. My reason for saying this relates to = concerns if minutes were to be subpoenaed = by a court=20 at a future date and the legal action could be deemed to be=20 invalid.

I=20 don't have any legal advice on this, it was merely a=20 concern.
*=20 From my recollection, Maurie then weighed in and had a motion passed = with words=20 to the effect that State Council now supported the action and a vote of = thanks=20 was moved to those who had been working so hard on the Ozcare issue. I = stand=20 corrected if my recollections are not exact as they are made without the = benefit=20 of minutes of the meeting. I guess this motion now at least places the = action in=20 minutes of a State Council meeting. As far as I am aware, there were no=20 dissenters when the motion was put.
* I=20 do not appear to have any official minutes of the teleconference = 15/2/05.=20 However, my handwritten notes indicate that a legal challenge may not = have been=20 one of the nine stratagies outlined in your e-mail of Sunday 5/6/2005.=20

I=20 agree that the other stratagies listed were discussed and am aware from = the last=20 State Council meeting that number 9 (letter to all Vincentians) is still = being=20 worked on.
* My=20 notes indicate that at the time of the teleconference a legal challenge = was=20 still "On the table" but that there may have been a way to comeup with = some=20 process that all parties would be happy with. The notes further indicate = that=20 this could be a staged strategy and it was after this wording that the=20 stratagies outlined in your e-mail were detailed (with the exception of = the=20 legal challenge). It could well be argued that because=20 the
legal=20 challenge was deemed still "On the table" that it was one of the = stratagies.=20

As,=20 stated, these are merely handwritten notes taken during the = teleconference and I=20 stand corrected if they do not agree with official
minutes.
* My=20 notes also indicate that, following the teleconference, further short = up-dates=20 would be forthcoming.

He is aware of your = donation of gym=20 equipment to St Vincent De Paul in 2000 to support young people from=20 disadvantaged backgrounds who could not afford or were not comfortable = using a=20 commercial gymnasium.

The Minister has been = informed that=20 the St Vincent De Paul=92s gym closed in October 2005, as a review of = the service=20 identified that it was no longer being utilised by the original target=20 group.
